Never rec'd order by check was cashed by company

On July 31st, ordered 5 cartons of Seneca 100's at a cost of$149.90. Called company and was told they could not be shipped as I live in New York.

My bank statement states that Smokes-Spirits cashed my check with a number of C-2286055.

I need to get in touch with them but can't find a phone number oraddress for them
