The company is a scam from what I have experienced. I thought it was an item misshipped to me but after reading these reviews I believe Officetronics is selling used and refurbished goods to the public as new. I bought a HP 4250N and product was refurbished with no warranty. Did not realize what I purchasing was refurbished since I was told it was new with full warranty. Officetronics from all the reviews point it as a scam website. I had the same thing happen to me. I waited 2 months to get a refund and I was still charged a restocking fee. Horrible Company
