I bought this product from magicjack thinking that it was the best thing out there. But you know what they say "if it is too good to be true then it probly is".
THANK GOD I seen their BBB "F" before I allowed the 30 trial period had run out. I canceled my debit card that I had bought it with and returned it. They sent me an E-mail telling me that it had been received and processed.
Ever since I bought it and set up the account I have been getting voicemail notification one after another sent to my Email address. And I don't even have the product any longer. I think they have already recycled their #'s so many times that I may have had some phone # from a company that is no longer in business. I get at least 10 to 12 voicemail email notifications every day. It is becoming very annoying. I tried their really brilliant "live chat option that got me supposedly transferred to a higher level support rep that said that she would turn off the email notifications. She was less help that the first rep. All I was told was to "go ahead and just ignore them". Why should I have to ignore them if I should not be receiving them at all anymore since I no longer have the service?
This company has such a bad rating everywhere I look. YouTube the BBB here on usacomplaints.com.
If anyone is starting up a class action suit against magicjack my Email address is xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.com. Feel free to contact me for the lawsuit only.
