I received 2 fraudulent charges from them this month too. I ordered a $15 Members Only jacket form them mack in May and now I see that I have been charged twice for $69.99 and $59.99 in July. Of course there is no way to contact them. I sent an e-mail to their Customer Service but no response. I notified BofA and they will remove the charges and investigate. I too thaough they would be a reputable site to do business with. I received my order promptly and experienced no problems with the order. Oh well...
