Beware! I was looking for some upgraded software to download onto my GPS system. Believe it or not, I ended up at www.fullfileaccess.com (AKA www.fullreleasez.com... And apparently several others like this). The site promised that you would have unlimited downloadable software, music, videos, ringtones, etc. For a "ONE TIME FEE of $4.87". The catch... You had to click on a link that takes you to a porn website (www.realitypornpass.com) and subscribe through them (even though the membership says it's only a 3 day trial for $4.87, then they bill you $39.87. Month after that).

They claim you will not be continuosly billed and that they have "partnered" with this website to cover their costs to offer the free downloads. I should have stopped there as it did indicate that some of the software is "shareware" and it some places it may not be legal to download. This is why they supposedly charge you for access.

When you click on the link that takes you to www.realitypornpass.com of course you are bombarded with XXX stuff. After you subscribe for the supposed "ONE TIME FEE" of $4.87, you are shown a "Receipt" which has your username, password, and the most important Membership ID#. You are also sent emails (I was sent 3) confirming your purchase and indicating the name of the company that would appear on your credit card statement for this purchase. It DOES NOT MATCH what the original website indicates and each email had a different billing name as well. That is what prompted me to investigate.

I then went back to www.fullfileaccess.com and clicked on the "Activate Account" and entered the Menbership ID I was emailed. And of course..."Membership ID is Invalid". I could not access anything except www.realitypornpass.com's "trial membership" page. How I got from downloading GPS software to hardcore porn is beyond me!!!

Anyway, I saw a couple of reports on here that stated they couldn't get their subscription cancelled and this site is continuing to bill their cards. I called the phone number sent to me in one of my confirmation emails. That number is 1-800-934-1875. I didn't expect to get anywhere, but I gave the woman my Membership ID number and after a long hold, she returned and said it was cancelled. I then received a confimation email that it was cancelled. The company listed was Jettis International Customer Service. Their contact info is "Our Online Customer Service support is available at: https://secure. Jettisintl.com/support / Contact us by phone: Inside the US or Canada: 866-905-5126 Outside the US: 954-379-3280 Contact us by email: [email protected]".

Now, of course I am saving that email, but I highly recommend you call your credit card company's fraud division as I did, and alert them of this activity. They will block that merchant from making anymore charges. It showed up within hours of my stupidness, but only listed a phone number as the merchant name. I alerted them that this company was charging cards even though the subscription was cancelled, so they are aware now. BEFORE that 3 day trial ends or the next month comes around. So I was lucky that you all posted information about this scam. I would not have known otherwise and would not have acted so quickly to diffuse a huge problem. SO THANK YOU!!!

To show my appreciation for your help, I hope that the contact information above helps you get your situations resolved. Please contact the better business bureau and report them. The more of us that report them, the less of us will fall to this idiocracy. They need to be shut down and stop their misleading and fraudulent practices. It's pretty sad that they need to pull this stuff to get people to subscribe to their SMUTTY site.

They got my $4.87, which is no biggie to me. But if you looked at the download site (if it was actually true), they claim to have over 2 million members. You do the math $4.87 x 2 million!!! They are making bank!!! Even if you cancel!!! Think of all those that didn't get it cancelled and are paying the $39 / mo too! It's in the tens of millions they are making and it's WRONG!!! Smart, but WRONG!!
