As I stated above I was checking out a web site that was called Underground Access. It offered free downloads of software, movies and etc. And all you had to do was sign up for a 3-day trail membership to Reality Porn Pass and Mega Downloadpass. And according to them, you could cancel at anytime and still have access to Underground Acess.
Yeah, that was the just the start of the biggest Ripoff. Once they sucked you in, they make you think you have everything you need to cancel if you want. Which is what I tried to do within the first day.
The first email I sent to try to cancel these memberships was to CCBill, they sent me an email and stated they knew nothing of the tranactions. I checked my ccard company and found out that it was bill thru Viaty and DVDTube.
I have filed a dispute for both billings of $39.73 that appeared on my credit card, one was for Viaty and the other for DVDTube. And now I am filing this report.
I honestly don't know which of these companies is the bigest ripoff artist, but they all seem to have a hand in taking advantage of the consumer. So, just be carefull what you signup for or you may get sucked in and ripped off just like me.
