When I saw Danielle Janine Jewelry on mypoints.com, I thought it might be a nice treat for myself. Get a nice piece of jewelry for $9 and one each month. I couldn't be more wrong.
I got the first shipment billed for the $9 on my credit card, no problem. Then, 2 days later, another charge from them in the amount of $68! I hadn't even gotten the first one. Maybe just a computer screw up. I thought I'd wait and see what I got and see if it was worth it. It wasn't but I decided to wait and see what I got next month.
Low and behold, less than 2 weeks later, I have another charge on my card for another $68. Before I could give them a call or that shipment arrived, there was one more charge to my card.
When I called them about it, the man that answered was very rude. When I asked him about the monthly shipment as stated in the terms and in the help section, he stated that I had chosen that option. When I asked him where I had chosen it at, he said when I signed up.
I cancelled the account and did receive an email with a confirmation number.
I never once received any invoices or anything else that states what the jewelry is. The only thing I received with the jewelry was a form 'thank you' letter.
I just sent all 4 shipments I received back with delivery confirmation and signature required. We will see what they do about all this
