I got a letter in the mail stating no credit you can have a computer. I then called the blue hippo company and we dicused on the phone about what type of computer how many payments. The arrangments were... 99.60 down payment and their after 34.99 a week for 52 weeks. But at the time i gave them my credit card number they then said ok we will be shipping the computer out. Then 1 weeks passed and i havent reseved any computer. I then called my bank and seen that they had took out way more money than what was agrred on. So i called the blue hippo and was left on the phone for 2 hours. Then i finally got to speak to someone. They told me i needed to pay at least half of the computer price in order for the to ship it out but that was never told to me befor. I then told them i wanted to cancelle the order they then proceded in telling me that they could not give me any money back i would have to buy someting from their site so i then loged on to their site but coulkd never see anything that i was able to order.
