Back in the Very Beginning of JUNE I purchased a pair of Leggings for my daughter at a website called Pettiskirt Place for $16 plus shipping which came to a total of $23, the pants were completely made of lace, its ment to be like a stocking... You wouldn't wear it alone... I purchased a size 5-7 one size fits all... I received it and the size tags now says fits 6-7... My daughter just to give you a idea is very petite for her age, she is 7 on Sunday but still wears ALL of her 4T summer clothing. She has a tiny waist and is only 44 inches tall. So a size 5 would have fit fine. But after only a HOUR of wearing these they had completely tore apart on the seems... Large holes. Or runs formed. I contact the Seller KIM COMELEK within 2-3 days of receiving the item... After many emails with no reply... She finally replied and said to return for FULL refund or exchange, so I said well obviously they are not made well if it is suppose to fit a 6 and 7 year old and it doesn't even fit my extremely small little girl who could wear a 4. So I opted for the refund. I had to pay to ship back to them, which is ridiculous considering I wasn't just exchanging a size cause it didn't fit or changed my mind or something... The product fell apart after an hour?!?!?! So I paid USPS first class mail, INSURED...$3.19 to ship back to them on JULY 9. About a week later I asked if they had gotten it... NO she says... Another week later... Still NO... Then finally by July 25th I called the post office an they said they got it on JULY 11th!!! So now I was fuming... I email again and don't get a reply right away of course... This woman likes to ignore the customers she scams of course... She tells me "oh... We got it, I will send the refund later on"
So finally later that night they send it... But get this... ITS A PARTIAL REFUND!!!
They only give me $16!!! Saying that they never refund shipping after the first email that said I was going to get a FULL REFUND!!! My product was crap And I have to bite to ship back and the original shipping... Now I have no product AND I am out over $10!!! So she just made a profit on me for nothing... Its like I just handed her $10!
So now I am really mad and I call there help line 1-866-617-1989, which a very unhelpful and unkind woman answers and say KIM COMELEK Is not there... Bull she probably was standing right there next to her. I explain the situation to her... And she says she is surprised I even got the $16 considering it was worn!
Let me ask the general public because when I asked this woman she sounded like I was asking her to eat a bug or something... I said..
Say you buy pants at Macy's and you go home put them on and after only an hour notice a huge hole in the crotch... What would you do... Just eat the money and say oh well pants are suppose to only last an hour... Or RETURN them and say there crap and shouldn't fall apart like that!!! She says to me everyone's different but I would NEVER return something after wearing it... WHAT A JERK!!! Everyone with a brain would! That is why they have the term MANUFACTURER DEFECT!!!
So this woman was no help, she says let me take your info so Kim can call you back... Which of course she NEVER does. I have been waiting for a email reply for a week! Why would she call me?
So long story short when they say 100% Customer satisfaction there Lieing through there teeth. This company is a bunch of scammers. The woman is a LLC... So its probably just her and a friend at a computer screen making tons of money from unsuspecting stay at home mothers like myself. I mean really over $7 this woman is COLD AS ICE. I company should refund you after a manufacturer defect or the item completely falls apart after a hour. Its should hold up longer then that. And whatever happened to the CUSTOMERS ALWAYS RIGHT. What a crock.
