In early june I began expierencing being kicked off line by PeoplePC.
This went on for a couple of weeks.in the meantime I tried on numerous occasions to update my debit card information. Finually I tried to call to cancel my service. That was like pulling teeth. They only except cancallations between 9am and 6pm by phone. I sat on hold about an hour in three calls.
Enough is enough I filed a complaint with the attorney general. These idiots need to stop making it so hard to cancel. Its high pressure sales. On occasion they talk so fast with an accent that you can not understand them.
Perhaps if enough people complain. We can get a class action suit against them.
