Like other people I ordered a special deal after seeing a video where Nick Marks personally describes the offer and tells you exactly what you are going to get for your money.
Unfortunately all I actually got was a charge on my credit card.
I sent an email. It bounced back as box full.
I sent another email to an alternative email address. Same thing.
I submitted a support ticket. Ticket was issued and email confirmation received saying it would be dealt with.
It wasn't. The silence was deafening.
I contacted the support people again asking them to respond. No response.
I have contacted them for a third time but doubt that I will hear back from them. The ticket details are as follows

Conclusion: I do not believe that anyone has this sort of 'system problem' for this length of time. This situation is only possible where there is a very bad attitude towards a company's customers. What makes my experience, and that of others, even worse is that Nick Marks was apparently voted Internet Marketer Of The Year 2007.
