We ordered a bedazzler from the "official site". We received an order confirmation, money was taken from bank account in the amount of $112.00 but item was never received. Many e-mails and phone calls have been made but no one returned our calls. No answers to our e-mails. WATCH OUT FOR THIS COMPANY!!! If they rip you off, file a report with your local District Attorney and the District Attorney where they do business! These people should be put behind bars! What a scam they have running! I have read other reports of people not receiving any of the other items this company is supposedly warehousing. For example, The shark, Foamies, exercise equipment and many other name brand items!
When your e-mail goes to customerservice@thillco, just go straight to the District Attorney. Also, the Federal Gov't has a unit you can contact regarding internet fraud. I will update as soon as I find out the e-mail address!
