WE contact them to procide targeted e-mails to help us (IRS501 (c) (3) public charity lifetime animal sanctuary) raise much needed funds and new donors. They were to send a total of 3,000, 000 e-mails to "opt-in" e-mail addresses in 2 waves.
They did not do either e-mailings, and tried to fake reports. We can prove that the e-mails did not happen. And just like the other report on this site, they now refuse to respond.
We will file rports with the Florida Attorney General, the Federal Trade Commission, the local BBB, and notify any and all other non-profits we can. Also would love to find legal representation on this.
