Ripoff refuses to refund after 37 calls and 3 Attorney Generals and Dateline

I sent my pack back certified mail the very day I got it (unopened by certified mail. 31 days later they hit my account for another $239.40.37 times I called, four e-mails, calls to 3 Attorney Generals in three states, a call to Dateline N.B.C. STILL not so much as a call from them. What a scam! Folks need to be warned. How about a mass mailing (like they did).
