I signed an offer for a short period downloading for 3$. It did not work and after a few weeks I got a charge notification for the equivalent of 35$

A while ago I signed up for a one time charge of 3$ for trial downloading of internet files. After a few trials I gave up because nothing seemed to work. Today I recieved a charging notification for the equivalent of 35$ for so called "recurrent charging for Blazingebooks1". I did not sign up for any Blazingebooks, and even they give step by step instructions for cancellation of charges, I am not able even to contact this so called company.
