Failure to honor warranty and or refund monies for defective harddrive

This company has not returned or refunded monies for defective harddrive the company telephone number is constantly changing or it is not in service repeated attempts to telephone, e-mail-snail mail have failed to get response or product return-this seems to be a presistent working attitude for all their product. Pc - world has at least one article relating to mad dog's lack of service - beware
