Sent a defective product and have a telephone number which is not working

I ordered a replacement part from Portable Components for my desk top computer. They sent a defective product.

I tried to call them in order to return the merchandise. The telephone number on line is not a working number and the company did not include an invoice or any paperwork with the defective merchandise they sent out.
