Mass Traffic Network was marketed as a program to help people who want to start internet businesses using advertising techniques that bring a lot of website visitors. You basically pay $7,500 (and in some cases, even more) for their guidance and advertising agency services.
After taking everyone's money (in this particular case, over $200k) this company immediately bought a businesses for themselves selling diet pills and changed the structure of the entire opportunity. Nothing promised in their sales material was ever provided.
After finally agreeing in writing to a refund, they failed to meet their obligations and did not refund the payment as promised. They cited too many people wanting their money out at the same time. They then attempted to try and change the terms of their agreements and said refunds would be paid pending "off shore financing".
