Credit card charge back from company after items received
IT Comware, contact James Pazzaglia, purchased used/new cisco phones from me, and insisted on paying through paypal, and after receiving phones and selling to their buyers, did a credit card charge back for $6,950, claiming merchandise problem.
Their credit card company AMEX, I have learned will allow three charge backs a year without question. I used paypal to dispute the charges for me and was told that I would win, I had all the evidence that they needed.
Well the case took so long that AMEX filed for their customer.
Paypal has requested that the phones be sent back to me, but I was told by IT comware "We won the case, there is nothing you can do, this is business" to bad so sad!
James Pazzaglia an employee of IT Comware has commited Fraud against me, they have items that they have not payed for and worst I have to pay for the items to paypal!
James Pazzagia and IT Comware are theives.
Do not do business with this company, they claim to be cisco resellers, but I have been advised by Cisco that they are not authorized to do so, and have reported them to Cisco's brand protection agency.
And they have done this before, the word out there is to stay away from this characteur and IT Comware!
