Jeff the owner of this company sold our company broken gear! We purchased three Cisco IP phones from Champion Satellite (name from on reciept) and tried to use them. After two days of troubleshooting and a call to Cisco and it turns out they were locked out from being stolen. We politely Jeff back to ask for a refund. We were told that the items were sold AS IS and it was our loss. No where on the reciept does it that it says AS IS.
How can you ethically sell something that has been stolen and when caught... Not refund it?
Buyer beware of this company. We have never had an experience like this before. I would stay away at all costs.
