Garage Door Parts LLC has a very elaborate website. The website indicates that credit cards are accepted however when you go to check out the only acceptable means of payment is a personal check. This initially raised a flag with me.
Against my better judgement, I decided to purchase $444.30 (incl. Shipment) of garage door insulation. A same day email order confirmation was received on May 19th. The email confirmation gave me a feeling that these guys are legitimate. It also gives them time for your check to clear.
I have attempted to reach Ricardo Aquino numerous times via work/home telephone and emails to no avail. This company and Richardo Aquino are low lives that need to be dealt with before other inocent victims like me are "ripped off". I'm finding out that our legal system is not prepared to deal with this type of internet crime.
