On 5/30/08, I ordered $380 worth of educational supplies. Upon checking on the whereabouts of my order, I discovered that the telephone and internet site are no longer operational.
While the company charged my credit card for the order, they have not shipped the products or refunded my money. This company's failure to fill the order or refund my money is theft.
I will be contacting my credit card company to inquire about reversing the charges.in addition, what reporting agency responds to online criminal behavior?
