08/14/06 I am mad, mad, mad. This company took my order via the internet. I ordered it to be sent UPS red overnight. I kept checking for a tracking number to no avail.
When you call this company you have to wait on hold for 20 minutes or longer to be automatically hung-up on. I finally got through to be told that my item was not in stock and it would take another two weeks.
I cancelled my order. I was then emailed by the company and told I would be refunded less then 1/3 of the amount, they eventually retracted and told me I would be refunded the whole amount.
I complained that they could not bill my credit card for something they did not have and never shipped to me. They said that they take the money at the time of the order and that it is legal in Georgia to do so.
This company took money for something they did not have to send and then took the money to have it shipped overnight. There is something wrong here!
I am being told by this company now that it will take up to two billing cycles to receive my money back. My credit card has been billed for the full amount for the item and the shipping.
