After purchasing a service from this company my son waited and waited and waited for his order (via game) and to no avail received nothing, only an email stating "please wait" even though the header on their website says, "We offer our customers the benefit of fast and safe delivery, You can believe us because fast delivery is our promise to you!".
I have made a dispute on PayPal and to no avail the company's contact, Faye, a dispute manager keeps telling me she will get me the order as soon as I close the dispute. She also keeps sending me emails telling me to "trust her, trust her", I don't even know her. Now I have asked for a refund instead and nothing.
After coming online to inquire about the company I feel I am at a loss. I will definetly be going to my bank tomorrow and filing a dispute with them as well.
'Why is it when things are going so well, someone can mess them up faster then it took you to get there'.
