I placed an order for a Jabbawockeez script t-shirt on March 20th. I never received the merchandise, though the money was taken out of my account within the week.
I contacted the seller for the first time on April 9th. I received a reply saying that they would fix it immediately if I would send my PayPal receipt number. I sent it within the same day, then asked for a follow-up the day after. I received no reply.
I sent a second follow-up on May 9th, asking for a refund. No reply. My final email to Aldryn Estacio ([email protected]) was on May 28th, posting my chain of emails and asking for some sort of response. I also sent an email to [email protected] with no reply.
So now, here we are: Three months later, me shirtless, and AE Creative $22 richer (probably more, since I'm sure there are hundreds of others in my same position).
