I paid for a web site and software which does not deliver what they say it should do. Yuba City

I paid $2500 for a web site and soft ware. I was told that this was the only money I would have to pay. When doing the training, I discovered that you have to pay a monthly fee when you register with various drop shippers. My bank accounts are in South Africa, and with the exchange rate the cost to me comes out at about $15000.00. Both my credit cards are over their limit and I hqave not made any money from the program to cover these expenses. Every step in developing this web site has many hidden costs, which I cannot pay.
