Ordered a pump since March 31st my credit card debited but have not received the item ordered

I purchased a pump, the company said they only deliver Internationally on Thursdays and Fridays. I waited for a month, my credit card was debited

When I called, the number listed is not in service, nor did they provide me with a tracking # for my order. I am still without the pump three months later.
