I bought to try Wu-Yi tea x 2 weeks and later asked them to stop sending me tea. I didn't get any tea later, but my credit card was charged $ 19.95 each month for no reason. There was no response from the tel number. Finally I could talk to customer service (on 1-866 396 5711) representative today and asked to cancel the charges.
I will check again on my credit card account to confirm it.
