Trans-Union True Credit. I kept getting charges and couldn't get my reports. (I did get the first free one.) I changed My credit card number, but still got the monthly charges.
When I called them, they wanted my Social Security Number, and all my personal information over the phone. I actually gave it to them. And they couldn't find where I was being charged!
I told them that I called them on the number that is ON MY CREDIT card with the Charge. They asked for my credit card information. I gave it to them. They could not find me with that either! They said they couldn't cancel the charges because they can't find the information to cancel me, that I am not in the system.
My question? How am I getting charged if they don't have my information.
I then called the credit card company and changed my card number. It was AM EX so they disputed the charges with them and took them off my card, but get this. Even after changing the number, they charged me again this month!
What can I do to get them to quit charging me? It has been 9.99 a month for almost a year and I can't get them to stop!
