Shipping rip off, wrong merchandise, worst service ever, opened dispute for protection and still got taken

I purchased two shipments of items from gilbert and frech, (g&f) and felt I should share my experiences here since they removed the items I had "won" and returned to prevent me from leaving feedback on Ebay for them.

I had to open a dispute to ensure a refund, and still did not get a full refund (the shipping refund did not amount to the over charged shipping I had paid). I had left one feedback for them being as "neutral" as I could and they removed all the other items and claimed fraud. When I told them they messed up my order they blocked me from bidding, so I looked closer at the negative feedback and found they had MAJOR customer service problems, especially with returns and since three items in the two shipments were completely wrong and many of the others were not as described (such as calling a peice of "Opalite" glass actual Opal with a picture shown so you can't really see the stone) or damaged. When I tried to ask questions before I bid they would not answer and after about 6 emails about different items with no response I asked of they even had a customer service department and then they responded but said "We do not answer questions about specific items" They pretty much refuse to communicate and if your not happy with whatever they choose to send you, they block you and if you leave neutral or negative feedback they will retaliate and leave negative back for you. (Update: As of 5/20 sellers can not leave negative feedback for buyers, Ebay changed this because sellers like G&F were ABUSEING the feedback system by leaving negative feedback in retailiation which made buyers "afraid" to leave negative feedback.
Intimidation sucks.)

I paid right away and had they sent me what they were advertising I would have been happy. I had a PERFECT feedback until I felt the need to tell other buyers about g&f and there scams. They sent other items that were damaged and wrong.

To make the return I had to print three different forms and look for their info (their own information from the emailed order confirmation, not ebay's item and order #) to put on the form.

I filed a dispute because I had seen the problems other people had getting refunded so wanted to be protected and I never got the full refund, they only refunded part of the return shipping not what they charged in shipping, or even what I had to pay.

The packages they send are envelopes and they cost less than $2.00 to send and are "insured" by the co to try to get more money from people.

The items they sell look nice because the pictures are "representative" but they are not of very good quality.

The CEO claims they are "fair trade" but the items come from India and china, and are most likely created by children so they can get the best price to make the most money.

They also claim to be working with God in every thing they do... So when they rip you off they are doing it with God in their hearts (I guess God is money) They refuse to answer questions about specific items, use "representative" pictures so you really do not know what your going to get and seem to think you better just like whatever they choose to send you.

I would tell anyone thinking of purchasing from them to look elsewhere, like other co's gem passion2000 and belazano beads where the customer service is much better even if they charge a lot in shipping they items are as pictured and of higher quality.
