I canceled my Vonage phone account 08/07 and Vonage continued to billing my card for an additional year. I called Vonage who told me the maximum they would refund is $30.59 of a more than $367.08 over charge. I called the billing office who informed me that they can not credit my account by phone and I must write a letter to Vonage at the address herein disclosed. I received no response to my letter nor refund.
I hope there is a lawyer out there looking for a solid class action because the internet is littered with similar stories.
