Warning! Charges you, gives fake tracking number, then rudely lies about order status via 3 day late emails

I ordered a product that was never shipped. I was given a fake tracking number and was ignored every time I tried to contact them.

They billed me and claim the product is not available, however they will not refund my money.

They claim their phones are down, but the live help chat is down also, as is the click to call function. The only way to contact them is via postal mail or email, both which take days for a response. And the "award-winning" customer service is the century's worst joke. Every response was both cryptic, rude, immature, extremely unprofessional, and accused me of spamming, since I had to send the same message twice in two days.

I have since discovered they have multiple negative incidents with the Better Business Bureau and consequently have a rating of "F".

Beware like the bubonic plague hybrid-crossed with aids and bone cancer.
