Customer service ripoff fraudulent billing

I was on aolversion 5. O two years ago. Aol continued to deduct $12.90 from Feb. 3,1999 until now, 11-23. I called to cancel and try to get a refund. They said they could'nt refund any money, but the would be glad to cancell for me.

My cancellation number was #480324691, on 10/11/02. They assured me that there would be no more problems. WellThey didn't cancell and they are still deducting out of my checking account and causing it to be overdrawn.
