Two contacts for Customer Service both Ignored
1.) To transfer license to new drive after drive failure. Absolutely no response!
Had to repurchase product to get what I needed.
2.) 4 contacts in 2 weeks regarding their softwares inability to run on XP Service Pack 3... Absolutely no response!
TGTSoft's Customer Service policy is to completely ignore anyone contacting them.
Wish I could keep anyone from doing business with them at all.
