David Pakman reverse billing

I was scammed by emusic by way of a free download offer and due to my not reading the fine print in the terms have been billing 19.99 monthly for services that I Never used once. I noticed this on my vias statements well into the process and cancelled once I realized what was going on. I contact emusic and was basically offered nothing, complained a bit more to emusic and the BBB of NYC as well as David Pakman CEO of emusic and was offered a token refund. I am pissed at myself for not catching the scam sooner but i am totally pissed with emusic as their terms are a classic reverse billing scam. Where you the consumer / unsuspecting consumer have to be pro active in cancelling your free trial account or you will be billed monthly whether you use the account or not. This was done for years with Columbia House Records until enough people bitched and they lost a lot of business got a bad name and changed their policy. Same with Shaw cable here in BC / Canada they reversed billed their customers and enough people again bitched about they had to change their policy AND refund the wrongful billings. I would love to see the same happen to David Pakman's emusic
