I signed up for a "Free" Emusic download account and found it useless, so I cancelled within the 1st 30 days. Emusic started billing me for an "audiobook account" which I never signed up for. I could not speak to a "live person" as the customer service at eMusic is channeld through an online reply and emial quagmire.
I am contacting the Better Business Bureau and hope that others do as well. It is obvious that Emusic preys off honest internet users who are willing to divulge their credit card info for a free trial and then bill them, hoping that the majority won't fight back.
Don't let them get away with it.
