Made it extremely hard to cancel/confirm I had canceled Internet

I signed up for a free trial yesterday at Ancestor.com. I was required to give them a credit card which wouldn't be charged if I cancelled within 14 days. I tried to cancel today and went through what I thought to be all the steps. When I was done it didn't feel right but I did everything the prompts asked me to do.

Because it didn't "feel right" I printed the last page of the cancellation process so I would have some kind of verification. Lo and behold, the printed page revealed the "cancel subscription" area to click on. It was INVISIBLE on the screen, and only appeared when it was printed out. Otherwise it didn't show up. So, I clicked on the invisible area and completed the cancellation process. What BS. This is deceitful and I beleive criminal. I then went online and found out they screw people over who don't cancel on time.

I can see how this deception can very easily lead one to believe they had canceled, when in fact they hadn't. To compound this deceit, the company will not refund on a "trial period" after the cancellation date has expired. I can see many elderly folks who are working on family trees, or family history, can be cheated. What a scam. I immediately notified my bank to reject any attempt to access my account.
