I paid to have TMG send emails on a pay-per-click format for 12,000 guaranteed email openings six weeks ago.in six weeks they have sent enough to get 998 opening... Then stopped.
They supply a real-time link that updates every ten seconds to track the number of opened emails. This was at 998 for about three weeks, then the real-time link simply stopped. Not even a number, just blank.
I have called multiple times each day, different times on different days, for the past ten days. One phone number is consistently answered by a machine. I have left five messages as of today, no calls were returned.
The second phone number is never answered.
For the past two days I have inquired by both phone and email about getting a refund. Even if they are not doing this intentionally it will take over one and half YEARS to get 12,000 openings.
They state that if you are doing a large campaign (this is considered extremely small, it is a test) or if you are targeting geographically or have other specific needs it may take up to 90 days. Our email is extremely general. We used another service bureau in the past and they were able to email 2 million emails in four business days. Very simple.
It is obviouse they have not intention of completing this project OR returning my emails or phone calls. Seems once they get your money they start the project to keep you stalled for a month or so (probably enough time so you can't stop a credit card company from paying them) and dissappear.
