This all started I believe I clicked a link for surveys or work from home and this link came up about grants so I read on about it and i signed up and paid for instant access to the site. I was already working on one project so I just forgot about it. I have MS so my memory is not the best so I let it go it was only 1.95. Well a couple days went past and I started receiving phone calls about Grants well for days upon days 20 times a day phone calls about grants and i told then that I had already signed up for instant access online they started saying that was only for 7 days and I still hung up on them. Well atleast 4 days went past with them calling and calling so I finally listened to this lady and she said if I paid this 2.95 I would receive a CD, box of material with examples of how to fill out grants, actual blank grant forms, with a list of grant providers, and a 800 number with someone she called a grant specialist so I said ok i gave her my information on how to get my money she already had my address and phone number just as I am ready to hang up she added on that i have a 7 days free trial then I would be billed a monthly bill of 40 dollars. I said no cancel it right now I don't want it cancel it before you even ship it. She said oh look it over in email i am sending you will have all the info you need to cancel it. So I let it go. Again I forgot it. Well alittle over a week ago I got the CD nothing else. When I tried to sign on from the CD wouldn't let me so I did find a phone number on the case and called and I did get a email back with ID and password I did tell him this story and he said it couldn't be them they don't say any of those things but I had already been billed my monthly fee But he did give me a name to send a email attention to Jarvis and he would listen to the phone call and see if I did tell her no then I would get my money back. But since then my id or password he gave me does not work and i can't get ahold of anyone to answer the phone number or answer any emails
