I've not received the refund. It's been 3 months now. I DID SO do just as the paperwork required. Last time I examined the refund procedure it explained it had been running. Nowadays I examined it also it claims no refund on document/might by discovered possibly from the telephone number or by my name. What gives? I'd to pay for $100.00 for that foolish modem and also the telemarketer assured me this may protect the price of the device. Today I'm caught using their silly device. I'll contact customer support and need a return tomorrow.
