Charged 99.45 for materials that the USPS offers for free. Modified the check to $129.45. Cannot be contacted, and website is phony

This company is a complete scam, selling free USPS documents for $99. No physical address, but there is a phone number.

We were offered materials for a postal exam for 99.95. We purchased the materials (which let us know inside that they were available for free from USPS). When our transaction was processed we realized the check had been submitted electroncially, and the amount had been changed to $129.95. At this point we're not sure how they accomplished that.in their advertising materials they indicated an unconditional refund. This is also bogus, as the materials we received say you cannot apply for a refund without taking the exam.

A phone call to the company DID produce a human representative, but there was no cooperation, even after we indicated the check transaction had been tampered with.

We're pursuing this through other avenues, but wanted to file this report.
