In March I ordered two rubber tires for my garden cart, my credit card was charged immediately, but my tires were not sent. I called the phone listed on the website, got a recording saying my call would be returned, but it never was — I called several times a day. I e-mailed his address at least 20 times, asking for an explanation — no response. I called my credit card company, they said to try to resolve it on my own. I tried, with no results.
Today, May 5, my credit card company refunded the charge and they will try to get their money. I will never order on the internet without checking the BBB in the city where the web-site is.
