In early I made a 4 figure payment (via bank transfer) to make a wholesale purchase of video games from Randy Wijaya of the PT Bujangenam LCD & Electronics company in Indonesia. After the payment cleared, instead of sending the order made, they said a 'mistake' was made with our order and tried extorting double what I originally paid, otherwise they wouldn't send the order. I said no thanks, please just refund my payment. They didn't ; I engaged an Indonesian lawyer to assist me, but he wasn't helpful, despite sending the company a legal demand letter, as the company changed their phone number. Avoid dealing with this company.
