On 30 Sept I pre ordered 2 Tmx Elmo dolls from http://store. Zam-electronics.com Zam Electronic. I was charged $ 136.98 for this purchase on my MC credit card that posted on 6 October. The credit card reference number is 5554175M28APR7V35. My order # with Zam Electronics is yhst-74308424896543-504.
These items were to be shipped back in Nov or early Dec, however nothing was ever sent. The past three weeks I have emailed them for a refund and they do not respond to my emails. The number they posted on their website originally and for their credit card transactions is bogus. The number they had was (843) 263-9813 however this number belongs to some poor guys cell phone not related to SCAM Electronics, excuse me I mean Zam Electronics.
All I would like is for them to refund my money for something they charged me for but never sent and cancel this order. Any help on this would be appreciated. I will have to take legal action if this does not get resolved.
