I received three fraudulent charges from EMusic.com since March 27. Figuring, Well, hey, someone probably accidentally put the wrong account number to sign up for it, since I had no other suspicious charges. I called EMusic and tried to get it worked out. That didn't work at all. I called my bank, and the number they gave me was the phone number that tells me to change my membership status online, but since I never signed up for the website (nor heard of it) I wasn't able to that. This website has NO live support on their phones, only a message telling you to change your account status online. Smart..
I'm getting it worked out with my bank, having to change my card number, get a new card. But since EMusic never even responded to me (or even cared, it seems.), I wouldn't bother signing up for this site. Seems like money lining their pockets is all they're concerned with..
