An inactive credit card was used by emusic after I visited the site. I did not sign up nor did I enter the card number - fortunately my bank has been very helpful in this matter - do not even visit this site.
I contacted emusic by email and someone had actually responded but couldn't seem to locate my account. Then they stopped responding altogether.
