Http://xpantivirus.com represented that they were an approved microsoft anti virus company.
After purchasing "xpantivirus" program I had difficulty downloading program. Support emailed a fix for the program, but this caused an additional problem.
I found that the xpantivirus corrupted my computer and a message of an additional purchase of another program was required. I contacted support and they could not spend more than 5 minutes on my problem.
I instructed them to reverse the purchase and I would remove the program from my computer.
After working with microsoft pc technicle support for over two hours and loading several programs, the trojan was removed.
I believe http://xpantivirus.com is a fraudulent operation and should be held accountable for deceptive business practices.
