Sounds like a good deal for personalized pens. Our company ordered 200 pens from penimpressions.com, and sent proofs for our logo, and payment (credit card number). They responded a few times to verify the logo and specifics of the order, but after a few days would not respond to emails, phone calls, or their "online live chat". Suddenly no one was available, and the delivery never happened. We never received the pens and had to dispute the charge on the credit card.
