I purchased the Process At Home for $197.00. I started to get things started and I needed help from customer support. I called and talked to someone that had a hard time getting the help I needed.
So finally I got her to have someone to call me back at a certain time the following day and I received no phone call back. So at that point I felt very disappointed and called back on the 29th of March. I had asked for a refund explaining my reasons and the customer service had explained that I would receive the refund within 5 business days.
Then on the 11th of April I checked my account to see I received the refund and got nothing. Called back and they expained that they were going to research this on why I did not recieve the funds and they would email me back and of course I have still not received no email. Today I have tried calling them and their phone is busy and says to try the number again.
