Purchased a software license for AWBS (online billing system). Software later found to be incompatible with our system. Total Online Solutions does not have a way to rectify the issue, we are also having other issues with the system and it would be better for both parties just to null business and issue us a refund. Total Online Solutions declines to refund, states no refund policy. No refund policy's aren't eligible when the products purchased aren't operable as advertised. Total Online Solutions could always state the problem is our fault, when we clearly shown otherwise.
